Lead Retail Business Critical Systems Manager
Accountable for reliability and availability of the Shell Retail business critical systems and their supporting IT infrastructure. Managing a team of IT staff, performing business critical incident management, problem management, and managing improvement projects to increase reliability and stability of the high-availability systems and IT infrastructure.
Achievements: Reduced Retail IT business critical incidents from 4-6 per month to <1 per month; shaped the function, capability and methods for all business critical IT teams across Shell.
